Metallica have announced the second leg of a North American WORLD MAGNETIC TOUR in support of their album ‘Death Magnetic’.The dates kick off September 14th and will run through to December 12th when the tour wraps up in San Jose, CA.
Their last album ‘Death Magnetic’ debuted at Number One on the Billboard album chart in September 2008 and won 2009 Grammy Awards for Best Metal Performance for the track ‘My Apocalypse’ and Best Recording Package. So far the album has sold nearly 1.7 million copies in the US.
Metallica (with Lamb of God) will be at the Bank Atlantic Center (in Sunrise, Florida) on Thursday October 1, 2009.
