With a live presentation known for remarkable pyrotechnic special effects, Rammstein has built a touring rep in Europe that’s so solid that the band hasn’t had much time to play North America during the past ten years.
Rammstein performed in New York, Montreal and Mexico City last December 2010 and conducted a short swing through Canada and the U.S. in Spring 2011. Now the band is about to rock local sports arenas nationwide.
The Live Nation-promoted tour has the band blazing its way across North America beginning at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale, FL on April 20. Other stops include Tampa, FL at the St. Pete Times Forum on April 21; Atlanta’s Philips Arena on April 23; Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center on April 26; Chicago’s Allstate Arena on May 4; Vancouver, British Columbia’s Rogers Arena on May 13; Anaheim’s Honda Center on May 17; Dallas’ American Airlines Center on May 22 and Houston’s Toyota Center on May 25.
Of course there’s an album to go with the tour. Rammstein released its first retrospective collection – “Made In Germany 1995-2011”… on December 13, 2011.
Rammstein will be at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Friday April 20, 2012.
