After decades of false-starts, the highly awaited film adaptation of the musical was released on Christmas 2012 and has become an instant global sensation. Directed by Tom Hooper, the film features a star-studded roster of actors from both stage and screen: Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Sacha Baron Cohen, Helena Bonham Carter, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne and Aaron Tveit. The film won several Golden Globe Awards and is nominated for several Academy Awards.
LES MISERABLES will be at the Ziff Ballet Opera House at the Arsht Center in downtown Miami, Florida from February 26 thru March 3, 2013.
