Stand-up comedian and Comedy Central star Daniel Tosh unveiled plans for a 60-city tour, set to launch late this summer. The itinerary presently opens July 23 at The Mirage in Las Vegas, and closes four months later on November 22 at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, CA.Only 51 US dates have been unveiled for the TOSH TOUR TWENTY TEN at this point. However, the funny man promised on his official Twitter account that "new dates will be added until the tour is over."
The present itinerary includes stands on October 1 at Bass Concert Hall in Austin, TX; October 20 at the Palace Theatre in Lousiville, KY; October 30 at Beacon Theatre in New York, NY; November 5 at Warner Theatre in Washington, DC; and November 12 at Chicago Theatre in Chicago, IL.
The venture is part of a multi-faceted deal between Tosh and Comedy Central that includes a recently filmed hour-long stand-up special. Tosh's television series, now in its second season and recently renewed for a third, draws an average of 1.8 million viewers each Wednesday night, according to a prepared statement from Comedy Central.
Daniel Tosh will be at The Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theatre in Miami Beach, Florida on Saturday October 16, 2010.
