Celebrated singer, songwriter and former teen idol Paul Anka brings in the New Year in South Florida!

Over the five decades, Paul Anka has forged a career that's unlike any other in the history of pop. He's seamlessly made the transition from '50s teen idol to celebrated songwriter to a contemporary torchbearer for all that swings. The multi-talented musician has had a song on Billboard's charts in every decade since 1957 when he was only 17. According to BMI, since the inception of his career, Anka's songs have been performed well over 90 million times worldwide and his LP and single sales collectively number more than 80 million. He's recorded over 126 albums in a wide variety of languages, selling close to 15 million albums, internationally. Anka also has been named the 21st most successful artist in Billboard's history, putting him alongside music greats Elvis Presley and The Beatles.

With well over 900 songs to his credit, Mr. Anka's most memorable are "Put Your Head On My Shoulder”, “Lonely Boy”, "My Way," and the now famous theme from "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson."

Plenty of other artists have him to thank for some big hits, too. His impressive body of work includes such titles as "She's a Lady" (for Tom Jones), "Puppy Love" (Donny Osmond’s 1970s remake of Anka’s original), "It Doesn't Matter Any More" (for Buddy Holly) and "Teddy" (for Connie Francis). As for "My Way," which Anka famously turned from a little-known French song into a perennial showstopper for his late friend Frank Sinatra, it can be heard at any given moment in a karaoke bar somewhere on the planet.

Born in 1941 into a tight-knit Lebanese-Canadian family in Ottawa, Anka didn't waste much time getting his life in music started. He sang in the choir at St. Elijah Syrian Orthodox Church and briefly studied piano. He honed his writing skills with journalism courses, even working for a spell at the Ottawa Citizen. By 13, he had his own vocal group, The Bobbysoxers.

In 1956, he released his first single, "Blau-Wile Deverest Fontaine." While not his biggest hit, Anka kept plugging away, going so far to sneak into Fats Domino's dressing room to meet the legend. The following year, he released "Diana," which made him a star. He began penning hits for a variety of popular singers and found himself amongst the 'Cavalcade of Stars' surrounded by the likes of Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, Frankie Lyman, Chuck Berry and even future girlfriend Annette Funicello.

Becoming a junior associate of Sinatra and the Rat Pack had its privileges. By the '70s, the success of "My Way" and a string of hits like "(You're) Having My Baby" confirmed his status as an icon of popular music. His later achievements as a recording artist included "Hold Me 'Til the Morning Comes," a hit duet with Peter Cetera in 1983, the Spanish-language album “Amigos” in 1996, and “Body of Work”, a 1998 duets album that featured Frank Sinatra, Celine Dion, Tom Jones and daughter Anthea Anka (who is married to TV and film actor Jason Bateman). Anka even co-wrote Michael Jackson's posthumous #1 worldwide hit, "This Is It," which has further cemented his place upon the most prolific and versatile songwriters of any generation.

Anka's most recent albums “Classic Songs, My Way and Rock Swings” (2005) further reinforce his enduring popularity. “Rock Swings” which featured jazzed-up renditions of popular hits like Van Halen's "Jump," Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun," Pet Shop Boys' "It's a Sin" and Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" hit #2 on Billboard's Jazz Chart, sold half-a-million albums worldwide and set a milestone for Anka as being the only artist in history to have a record on Billboard's Top 50 chart for six consecutive decades.

On November 15, Anka released his newest album, “Songs of December”, on Universal Music.

Paul Anka will be at the Seminole Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida on Saturday December 31, 2011.

Waterloo brings their hit ABBA tribute show ABBA: The Concert back to South Florida in 2012!

The original ABBA was a smash dance and pop sensation imported from Sweden in the 70’s that went on to sell more than 365 million records. They proved themselves to be one of the most enduring and successful groups of all time, having dominated the record charts for nearly eight years. Their music is still capturing new fans with the global stage musical sensation MAMMA MIA!, which uses their catalogue of songs as its score. The stage show was made into a hit 2008 film starring Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan and Dominic Cooper.

Although the original members of ABBA have not performed together since 1983, their recognizable sound and alluring stage performance can be experienced through the band “Waterloo”. Waterloo pays tribute to ABBA and includes original members from ABBA’s band.

Waterloo was formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 1996 and quickly became known for its fantastic ABBA-sound and their stunning look-alike show. The band takes audiences back to an unforgettable time in pop history when glittering clothes and platform shoes dominated the music scene. The audience and press agreed, “This is the closest to ABBA you’ll ever get.”

During the late ‘90s, Waterloo toured clubs and festivals all around Scandinavia, Belgium and Asia. From 2001- 2008, Waterloo went into collaboration with Danish company CSE and the London National Symphony Orchestra, and “ABBA The Show” was born. The concert told the story of ABBA, and first appeared in Skien, Norway in September, 2001. This first show was followed by hundreds of additional performances all over the world. In total, Waterloo has performed approximately 1,000 shows in more than 25 countries.

During these tours, the show has always consisted of two or three guest artists who once were original members of the ABBA rhythm section. Over the years, original ABBA musicians have performed with Waterloo including Mike Watson (bass player), and Johan Stengaard (saxophone player), both of whom will be performing at the Luhrs Center engagement.

Waterloo’s latest “ABBA: The Concert” will guide audiences through ABBA’s musical history with all the classic hits and with a sound and look that bring back memories and the nostalgia of that era. Waterloo will amaze you with their period instruments, vintage costumes, hairstyles, on stage mannerisms, speaking voices, and unmistakable harmonies which capture the essence of ABBA.

Even the official ABBA Fan Club has named this tour: “the best ABBA tribute band in the world”!

Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. bring their 43rd Anniversary Tour to South Florida!

Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. have enjoyed tremendous success through the years as recording artists, performers and authors. They have received seven Grammy Awards and earned 15 gold and three platinum records and enjoyed starring roles on television and stage. They have performed to sold-out concerts around the world.

As lead vocalists of The 5th Dimension, one of the top singing groups of the late ‘60s and early ‘70s, McCoo and Davis recorded such classics as “Up, Up & Away,” “Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In,” “Wedding Bell Blues,” “One Less Bell to Answer,” “Stoned Soul Picnic” and other chart toppers.

After more than a decade with The 5th Dimension, they decided to leave the group and establish themselves as a duo. They had immediate success with the #1 single, “You Don’t Have to be a Star (to be in My Show)” that earned them a Grammy for Best R&B Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group.

That success piqued network interest and CBS-TV premiered The Marilyn McCoo & Billy Davis, Jr. Show as a prime-time summer series in 1977. Entering the ‘80s as an international success, they headlined in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Atlantic City, played to SRO crowds in concerts across the country and won the prestigious Grand Prize at the international Tokyo Music Festival.

In addition to the success they’ve had together, McCoo and Davis have also enjoyed solo pursuits. McCoo hosted the popular 1980s television music series Solid Gold for five years and Davis had the chance to realize a lifelong dream to record a religious album with gospel great, the Rev. James Cleveland, entitled, “Let Me Have a Dream.” He also began to explore theatrical opportunities, starring in the hit musical BLUES IN THE NIGHT at the prestigious Old Globe Theatre and in the role of James “Thunder” Early in a regional production of DREAMGIRLS.

The duo were invited to perform for the Pontiff during the 1987 U.S. visit of Pope John Paul II, and have participated in inaugural celebrations for presidents of the United States. In the early ‘90s, McCoo and Davis joined the original members of The 5th Dimension for a special reunion tour, and in August, 1991, the group was honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

In 2004, the couple wrote a book which shares their secrets of staying happy and committed to each other in Hollywood entitled “Up, Up and Away…How We Found Love, Faith and Marriage in the Entertainment World.”

McCoo and Davis recently released the CD, “The Many Faces of Love”, a collection of love songs and hits from the ‘60s and ‘70s written by the top songwriters of the period: Bacharach & David, Michel LeGrand and Marilyn & Alan Bergman, Ashford & Simpson and Holland, Dozier & Holland, to name a few. The CD’s unique interactive features include videos, interviews, rare photos and more.

Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. will be at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday February 5, 2012.

Cavalia brings their new show ODYSSEO to South Florida!

Cavalia, whose horse-and-human production received standing ovations and critical acclaim in Miami in 2010, have announced that it will make Miami its second US tour stop for its all-new show: ODYSSEO.

Set to open March 13, 2012, ODYSSEO will be performed at the same site as in 2010: Bicentennial Park in downtown Miami… but this time under a White Big Top more than twice the size.

Surrounded by awe-inspiring projections and visual effects, some 70 horses and 55 artists embark together on a journey, travelling through amazing natural landscapes. “The horse has been a partner of humanity throughout the ages,” explained Normand Latourelle, President and Artistic Director of Cavalia. “It’s thanks to horses that humans imagined they could travel to the ends of the earth. This powerful and natural wonder of an animal enabled mankind to bridge cultures, to create alliances amongst people, and thus to freely roam the planet. He has been one of the most important instruments in the evolution of humanity. This is the essence of ODYSSEO.”

Latourelle continued, “We had such great success in Miami last time around that we knew it would be one of our first tour stops once we finished creating our all-new show.” Miami is the only Florida stop slated for ODYSSEO’s US tour.

ODYSSEO is presented under the world’s largest touring big top. Covering an area of more than 100,000 square feet – two and a quarter times larger than the original Cavalia show’s tent – the new big top houses a 27,000-square-foot stage. “We’ve created an even bigger big top to put as few limits as possible on our horses and artists, allowing them to play, run, dance, jump and twirl around to their hearts’ content,” said Latourelle. Inside, an immense theater seats 2,290 people with no obstructed views. By redefining the scale and possibilities of a touring space, ODYSSEO can accommodate even more in the way of equestrian arts, acrobatics, music, multimedia wizardry and special effects, the signature ingredients of a Cavalia show.

Cavalia’s ODYSSEO begins it's run inside the White Big Top at Bicentennial Park in downtown Miami, Florida beginning Tuesday March 13, 2012.

LSU and Alabama head to the 2012 BCS National Championship game in New Orleans!

The Crimson Tide edged out Oklahoma State in the final round of voting Sunday and will play the top-ranked Tigers in the BCS national championship game on January 9 in New Orleans.

Undefeated LSU is the only team to beat Alabama this season, and the head BCS official sees a do-over as a perfectly good title game.

"Absolutely, if they're 1 and 2, and they are in all the polls released today," executive director Bill Hancock said.

Still, it's not exactly a game the public was clamoring for -- at least outside of Southeastern Conference territory. And it will do nothing to quiet the critics of the Bowl Championship Series or the calls for a college football playoff.

But like it or not, the system has ensured that the SEC -- home to both schools -- will run its streak of BCS championships to six in a row.

The Cowboys made a late surge by beating Oklahoma 44-10 on Saturday night, and closed the gap between themselves and Alabama in the polls. But it was not enough to avoid the first title game rematch in the 14-year history of the BCS.

The Tigers (13-0) beat the Tide 9-6 in overtime on November 5 in Tuscaloosa.

"This could be a totally different type of game," Alabama coach Nick Saban said. "There's so many good players on both sides of the ball for both teams.

"There's so much opportunity for this game to play out completely different and have a completely different flavor than the first game."

Alabama (11-1) finished second in both the Harris and coaches' polls by a wide enough margin to make up for the fact that Oklahoma State was ahead in the computer ratings.

The Cowboys (11-1), champions of the Big 12, will play in the Fiesta Bowl against Stanford from the Pac-12.

"We can't control it," Oklahoma State quarterback Brandon Weeden said. "But I know we had a heck of a year and we beat really good football teams in this conference and we're conference champions, so we did everything that we could."

The 2012 BCS National Championship game will be held at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on Monday January 9, 2012.

Legendary rocker Alice Cooper brings his NO MR. NICE GUY TOUR to South Florida!

Legendary rocker Alice Cooper heads across the U.S. with his new NO MR. NICE GUY TOUR.

The tour coincides with the release of his new “Welcome 2 My Nightmare” album, produced by longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin (who also produced the original “Welcome to My Nightmare” album in 1975). The release features a host of special guests (including the three other surviving members of the original band, "Nightmare" guitarists Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner, Alice's touring band, Vince Gill, Rob Zombie, and, most shockingly, Ke$ha) as Alice revisits his legendary nightmares. The original release is an all-time rock classic that spawned a worldwide theatrical tour and certified Alice Cooper as a visionary trailblazer whose influence persists today in rock, metal, pop, punk, theatre, television, film and much more.

Without Alice Cooper, there might never have been the New York Dolls, KISS, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Motley Crüe, Slipknot or Rob Zombie ... maybe not even David Bowie, or at least not Ziggy Stardust. Known as the architect of shock-rock, Alice Cooper has rattled the cages and undermined the authority of generations of guardians of the status quo, continuing to surprise fans and exude danger at every turn, like a great horror movie, even in an era where CNN can present real life shocking images.

Alice Cooper actually began as a band led by its stage-namesake Vincent Furnier. According to band legend, the name came to Furnier during a Ouija board session, where he was told he was the reincarnation of a 17th century witch of the same name. Under Furnier's direction, the band Alice Cooper pioneered a grandly theatrical and violent brand of heavy metal that was designed to shock. Drawing equally from horror movies, vaudeville, heavy metal, and garage rock, the group created a stage show that featured electric chairs, guillotines, fake blood, and huge boa constrictors, all coordinated by the heavily made-up Furnier. By that time, Furnier had adopted the name for his androgynous on-stage personality.

In 1971, the band gained notoriety with the gold “Love It to Death”, which featured the #21 hit single "Eighteen"; the album peaked at number 35 and went gold. “Killer”, released late in 1971, was another gold album. “School's Out” was Alice Cooper's breakthrough record, peaking at #2 and selling over a million copies. The title song became a Top Ten hit in the U.S. and a number one single in the U.K. “Billion Dollar Babies”, released the following year, was the group's biggest hit, reaching #1 in both America and Britain; the album's first single, "No More Mr. Nice Guy," became a Top Ten hit in Britain, peaking at #25 in the U.S.

Having officially changed his name to Alice Cooper, Furnier embarked on a similarly theatrical solo career releasing “Welcome to My Nightmare” in 1975. A Top Ten hit, it launched the hit acoustic ballad "Only Women Bleed." “Alice Cooper Goes to Hell” (1976) was another hit, going gold in the U.S.

Personal troubles plagues Cooper, though he persevered making a successful comeback in the late '80s sparked by his appearances in horror films and a series of pop-metal bands that paid musical homage to his classic early records and concerts. “Constrictor” (1986) and “Trash” (1989) returned Cooper to the spotlight with the platinum "Poison." Other releases followed keeping Cooper in the spotlight as did a syndicated radio show, "Nights with Alice Cooper." “Along Came a Spider” (2008) a concept album that told the story of a spider-obsessed serial killer was followed by the live album “Theatre of Death” (2010) along with a download-only EP of redone Cooper classics titled “Alice Does Alice”.

With his influence on rock and roll long since acknowledged, there is little that Alice Cooper hasn't achieved in his remarkable career, including platinum albums, sold-out tours and any number of honors and career achievement awards.

Alice Cooper will be at the Seminole Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida on Thursday December 15, 2011.

West Virginia Mountaineers and the South Carolina Clemsons go head-to-head at the 2012 Discover Orange Bowl in South Florida!

The BCS National Championship Game has all the intrigue because of the rematch of Southeastern Conference rivals.

The Fiesta Bowl has much of the glamour because of the quarterback matchup of Stanford’s Andrew Luck and Oklahoma State’s Brandon Weeden.

But when it comes to matching high-powered offenses and explosive, dual-threat quarterbacks, there’s not be a more intriguing BCS matchup than the one happening January 4, 2012 in Sun Life Stadium.

The Discover Orange Bowl features a West Virginia team that’s seventh in the nation in passing offense, with Miramar High product Geno Smith at quarterback, and a Clemson team that’s 13th in the country in passing, with the first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference quarterback Tajh Boyd running the show.

The potential for high-scoring, entertaining football was just one of the subjects the coaches of the respective schools spoke about during an Orange Bowl introductory news conference Wednesday December 7, 2011 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Boyd and Smith finished the season in the nation’s top10 in passing yards. Smith had 3,978 yards, 25 touchdowns and just seven interceptions in West Virginia’s fast-paced, pass-happy offense, and Boyd accounted for 3,578 yards, 31 touchdowns and 10 interceptions for a Clemson team that started the season as a national championship contender but cooled some as the season progressed.

“They both came out of the same recruiting class,” Mountaineers coach Dana Holgorsen said. “Two tremendous players that have the ability to keep a play alive. I know Geno is extremely competitive; one of the most competitive kids I’ve ever been around. He cares a lot about playing and he shows up every day trying to get better.”

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney had similar sentiments about his signal caller, whom he feels fortunate to have wearing his uniform and not West Virginia’s.

“I think Tajh was going to West Virginia at some point,” Swinney said. “We got on him late. I just got the job and literally within a week was trying to find a quarterback. At some point along the way, I know he was going to West Virginia. He had a ton of success this year, but also had to go through a lot of pain. He’s a winner. That’s the best thing I can say about Tajh.”

West Virginia and Clemson have a history of success recruiting in South Florida, with the Mountaineers featuring better than 20 players from this area on their roster.

But both teams know that playing in the Orange Bowl can only strengthen their presence in South Florida… and an entertaining game won’t hurt matters, either.

“Our guys are excited about coming back home,” said Holgorsen, the first-year West Virginia coach who’s guiding his program to its first Orange Bowl. “Our current commits, the current guys that we’re recruiting are very excited about it. There are a lot of advantages of playing in the Orange Bowl. It kind of always comes back to recruiting.”

Swinney has coached in an Orange Bowl as an assistant with Alabama, which lost 35-34 to Tom Brady and the Michigan Wolverines in 2000.

“Historically, at Clemson, we have had some of our greatest players from Florida,” said Swinney, whose program won a national title 30 years ago in the Orange Bowl. “The exposure that you get, the marketing that you get all throughout the state, your brand is promoted. You can’t put a price on that.”

2012 Discover Orange Bowl will be held on Wednesday January 4, 2012 at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida.

Diana Krall brings her QUIET NIGHT Tour back to South Florida in 2012!

Husky-voiced Diana Krall has written a new chapter in acoustic jazz improvisation and interpretations of old standards for the present generation. Younger jazz musicians do not ordinarily have the mass appeal to sell out tickets in large concert halls; she has changed that, thus a full house is anticipated at the Kravis Center when fans get to spend the evening with the delightful Diana Krall.

The Canadian was raised on jazz by both parents who were jazz pianists, and she studied piano at age four. Later Diana Krall would draw inspiration from Nat King Cole and from piano-playing singers, particularly Carmen McRae. She played in the school band, but by age 15 had a gig three nights a week in the town of Nanaimo.

At age 16, she won a Vancouver Jazz scholarship to study at Boston's Berklee College of Music for the next year. Afterwards, the Canadian Arts Council awarded her a grant to study with pianist great Jimmy Rowles in L.A. The next few years she bounced between Toronto, Boston, and New York, studying with master jazz musicians and playing in small clubs.

Diana Krall began singing against the rhythm, developing a sultry but pure voice compared most to Julie London. She built a small following and released a few albums.

Those few albums debuted with “Trust Your Heart”, a 1995 album tribute to Nat King Cole was successful, but “All For You” in the same year remained in the Top 10 of Billboard's Traditional Jazz Charts for over a year and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Jazz vocals. 1997's “Love Scenes”, filled with smooth ballads like “ They Can't Take That Away From Me," also received Grammy nominations. Throughout the 1990's, she was building both a catalogue and a following well beyond jazz idiom.

1998 and Diana Krall reached new levels of popularity with “When I Look in Your Eyes”, an album with a diverse repertoire including hit parade favorite from the 20's, 50's and won the Grammy for Best Jazz Vocal performance, Best Non-Classical Engineered Album, and was up for Album of the Year against Santana, the Backstreet Boys, and the Dixie Chicks. Though she didn't win, everyone now knew the name Diana Krall.

Her “Live in Paris” 2002 album earned a Grammy. The 2004 release, “The Girl in the Other Room” was more pop than jazz, but fans never complained.

The current tour promotes her latest work “Quiet Night”, an intimate mix of ballads and bossa nova, her ninth studio album.

Diana Krall will be at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida on Monday March 26, 2012.

The initial opening U.S. show on the schedule is listed as January 20 in Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale, FL at the Bank Atlantic Center. Previously, the January 25 gig in Charlotte, N.C., was at the top of the schedule. Of course, more additions could change the temporal logistics. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Along with the Sunrise date, the new additions for the I’M WITH YOU Tour include Orlando at Amway Arena January 21; Tampa at St. Pete Times Forum January 23; the New Orleans Arena February 4; San Antonio’s AT&T Center March 6; Houston at the Toyota Center March 8; Dallas at American Airlines Center March 9; Tulsa at BOK Arena March 13; Oklahoma City at Chesapeake Energy Arena March 15 and North Little Rock, Ark., at Verizon Arena March 16.

Red Hot Chili Peppers have made professional digital recordings of every show since their European tour kicked off November 7 in London, England. All North American dates will be recorded as well and sold as MP3 and FLAC files on the band’s official web site.

In early November, the Chili Peppers released the video for ‘Monarchy of Roses,’ which was directed by Marc Klasfeld and depicts each of the musicians as graphic novel characters performing in a swirl of whizzing black and white comic book images and color roses.

In September, the band was nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, alongside Guns N’ Roses, Beastie Boys and others. An announcement regarding the inductees should come soon.

Red Hot Chili Peppers will be at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Friday January 20, 2012.

Janet Jackson brings her NUMBER ONES - UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL World Tour to South Florida!

The iconic Janet Jackson's NUMBER ONES - UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL World Tour has sold out across North America in record time. The 35-city tour has been making headlines due to this being Janet's largest world tour ever.

Janet is the fastest selling single artist performance ticket this year. The tour has sold out multiple nights in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago, Washington DC and Atlantic City as well as single nights in Atlanta and Santa Barbara (Janet now ranks as one of the fastest sold out shows in the 25 year history of the Santa Barbara Bowl).

"These concerts will be different from anything I have ever done. I will be as up close and personal as possible," Jackson said in a statement. "These concerts are not about special effects. This is a love affair between me and those of you who have supported me and my work for all these years. I'll be singing and dancing from my heart. The music will all be songs that you've made number ones for me. Let's go!"

The NUMBER ONES - UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL World Tour is the first time Janet has hit the road since her record-breaking appearance at The Essence Music Festival. These performances will be Janet's largest ever world tour celebrating, for the first time, the icon's 35 number one hits in 35 global cities. Janet still holds the record for the most successful debut concert tour by a recording artist with her 1990 RHYTHM NATION Tour and is continuing to shatter records.

Janet was recently nominated for a Best Actress NAACP Image Award for her performance in Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married Too" for which she also co-wrote the theme song "Nothing". The ballad achieved number one iTunes status. Janet recently also co-starred in Tyler Perry's "For Colored Girls".

Janet's new book "True You" was recently published by Karen Hunter Publishing, an imprint of Gallery Books at Simon & Schuster. Janet's first book reveals her unique, never before revealed perspective on self-esteem.

"True You" chronicles Janet's lifelong struggles with weight and self-esteem. Though not a biography, Janet shares intimate stories from her past, present and until now private communications from her fans on their mutual struggles. "We took this journey together and if my fans had not been so open with me about their problems, I don't believe I would have been able to share this truth," Janet said.

"True You" features information from Janet's personal nutritionist, David Allen, a detailed food and menu plan including never before published recipes, created specifically for Janet by Chef Andre of Kathy Ireland's Worldwide Acafe, and finally Janet's personal journey with her long time and award-winning personal trainer Tony Martinez.

"Everyone is not blessed to have someone like Tony who makes being healthy and fit fun. Being able to share Tony's gifts with my fans, especially young people, is very motivating to me. Tony is a genius," Janet continued. The book is a self-help, healing guide of hope where Janet will use anecdotes from her life to illustrate the power of self acceptance and love.

Janet Jackson will be at the The Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theatre in Miami Beach, Florida on Monday December 5, 2011.

Pink Floyd tribute band THE PINK FLOYD EXPERIENCE heads back to South Florida in 2012!

Pink Floyd is rarely discussed without using words like “psychedelic”, “conceptual” and “provocative”. Their shows are described as being theatrical with mind-blowing lights and unsurpassed sound. And their music cannot be referred to without making mention of their record breaking status. Without question Pink Floyd remains one of the most influential rock bands of all time. No easy feat to bring such a story to the stage…

Annerin Productions has endeavored to bring fans the show they never thought they’d see. They searched the continent for committed and talented musicians who could really do it justice. This was a project that was not going to happen if it could not be done right.

The vision was not to produce a stadium show. In fact, in an effort to create the true Pink Floyd experience it would be just the opposite. Two key factors were at the core of the plan…

• Keep it intimate. Put the legendary combination of music, sound and lights in a theatre atmosphere.

• Ensure the sensual attack of Floyd. Give it top priority along with the music.

They nailed it. They found the band, the lights and the sound to create THE show for the ultimate Floyd fan, and it’s called…THE PINK FLOYD EXPERIENCE!

THE PINK FLOYD EXPERIENCE will be at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday March 4, 2012.
