Red Hot Chili Peppers' rescheduled I'M WITH YOU North American Tour finally heads to South Florida!

Itinerary changes were afoot for the Red Hot Chili Peppers while singer Anthony Kiedis recovered from, well, foot surgery, pushing the North American tour launch to March 2012.

Surgeons put Kiedis under the knife to remove a crushed sesamoid bone and correct a detached flexor tendon in his foot.

Although he was expected to make a full recover, he wasn't exactly ready to be back on his feet for the band’s 2012 winter tour in support of their Grammy-nominated album, “I’m With You”.

Here’s what the revised schedule looks like:
January 20 in Sunrise, FL at the Bank Atlantic Center moves to April 2.
January 21 in Orlando at the Amway Arena moves to March 31.
January 23 in Tampa at the Tampa Bay Times Forum took place last night March 29 (becoming the first date on the North American schedule).
January 25 in Charlotte, NC at the Time Warner Cable Arena moves to April 6.
January 27 in Raleigh, NC at the RBC Center moves to April 4.
January 28 in Columbia, SC at Colonial Life Arena moves to April 7.
January 30 in Duluth, GA at the Gwinnett Center moves to April 10.
January 31 in Greensboro, NC at the Greensboro Coliseum moves to April 9.
February 3 in Memphis at the FedEx Forum moves to April 12.

But wait, there’s more.

The New Orleans date scheduled for February 4 moves to October 4 and dates originally scheduled for February and March in Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Little Rock are now slotted for August, September and October 2012.
