Martin Lawrence brings his DOIN’ TIME COMEDY TOUR to South Florida!

Martin Lawrence returns to his stand-up roots with a one-night only appearance at the James L. Knight Center in downtown Miami.

Arguably one of the most popular and successful comedians of our time, Martin Lawrence began his career doing stand-up on the Washington, DC circuit, parlaying his act into a 1983 appearance on “Star Search.” He quickly became a household name and a pop culture phenomenon with the introduction of the FOX TV sitcom “Martin” which ran for five seasons from 1992 to 1997.

In addition to establishing an incredible television success, Martin has accumulated an impressive list of motion picture credits, some including Spike Lee’s “Do the Right Thing”, “House Party 1 & 2”, “Boomerang”, “Bad Boys I and II”, “A Thin Line Between Love and Hate”, “Life”, “Blue Streak”, “Big Momma's House 1 & 2”, “National Security”, “Open Season”, “Wild Hogs”, “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins”, and 2010’s “Death at a Funeral”.
